Charles M. Trevino has served as the Chief Administrative Office of a General Law city where he managed over 220 employees with an annual budget of over $37,911,000. He  was a Principal Public Affairs Representative with the Metropolitan Water District I and served as the lead in the Employee Communications and Outreach Department. Has also served as a Government Relations Representative representing the Metropolitan Water District in the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties), Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and Unincorporated East Los Angeles. From 1995- 2003 Charles served as an elected Board Member to the Central Basin Municipal Water District, a policy-making body that encompasses 25 cities and operating budget of $41,000,000. Mr. Trevino was appointed to the Metropolitan Water Board of Directors in 1999 and responsible for a budget of $900,000,000.  Charles continues to champion health and wellness initiative and has sponsored Aztlan Athletics managed events since 2006. Mr. Charles Trevino recently retired and is interested in widening to circle of resources and programs available to strengthening the underserved communities. He was extensive community partners in the Los Angeles County that endorses his work in the preservation and conservation of our natural environment.
